Student Insurance

Our School District has purchased Student Accident Insurance Coverage on your child’s behalf. This program provides coverage for your child for injuries incurred while participating in a school-sponsored and/or school-supervised activity, including athletics. This plan of insurance is secondary to any health insurance you have.

The program administrator is Zevitz, Redfield & Associates, Inc.

Aside from the school sponsored coverage that the District has provided on your student’s behalf, the program administrator is also offering 24-hour unlimited Dental Accident coverage and also 24-hour accident coverage that provides protection during vacations and weekends.

Enrollment for these optional plans can be done online only. Visit the Gerber website at k12specialmarkets.com to obtain full details and enroll your children using a credit or debit card, or print out the enrollment form and mail it with your check or money order.
