Contracts

Effective January of 2008, the Illinois School Code requires school boards to list on its website all contracts exceeding $25,000 over the life of the contract, and any contract that the school board enters into with an exclusive bargaining representative.
 
Below is a listing of the current Forest Ridge School District 142 contracts that meet this requirement. This list will be updated as new contracts are entered into or as existing contracts expire.

Each year, prior to December 1, School Districts are required to publish on its website a report on all contracts awarded by the school district during the previous fiscal year in an amount exceeding $25,000 over the life of the contract. The report is to include the following:

  1. The total number of contracts awarded by the school district
  2. The total value of all contracts awarded
  3. The number of contracts awarded to minority owned businesses, female owned businesses, and businesses owned by persons with disabilities, and locally owned businesses.
