5800 W. 151st Street (1:00 - 8:00pm each day)
Appointments will be required after August 6th!

Thursday, August 13th from 1:00-8:00pm
NO REGISTRATION FORMS OR PAYMENTS
will be accepted at packet pick up!
(Physical, Dental & Vision examination forms WILL be accepted)
All School offices are closed during July.
Registrations are NOT accepted at the District office.
