Please note that at other times during the school year you may be asked for additional funds to cover the cost of field trips or other activities for a particular grade level or class.

 

District 142 students attending a Southwest Cook County Cooperative Association For Special Education (SWCCCASE) COOP program pay only the grade appropriate registration fee.

Students attending Preschool or Early Childhood programs at Ridge Early Childhood Center or in a Southwest Cook County Cooperative Association For Special Education (SWCCCASE) COOP program DO NOT pay fees.
 
The Registration Fee for students approved through SNAP, TANF, or free meals through a Free/Reduced Meal Application will be waived.
 
The Registration Fee for students approved for reduced meals through a Free/Reduced Meal Application will be charged at 1/2 (one-half) the grade appropriate fee. All other fees are due in full.

 

Payment Instructions 

If your student receives SNAP or TANF or has filled out a Free/Reduced Meal Application for the 2023-2024 school year, and you anticipate that they will also qualify these benefits for the 2023-2024 school year, do not pay the Registration Fee at this time.  (You must pay the $10.00 Activity Fee and the Digital Learning Fee ($35.00 Grades K-8) as well as any required Hille PE items and Hille Band and/or Chorus Class fees.)
 
If your student DOES NOT currently receive SNAP, TANF, or you did not complete a Free/Reduced Meal Application at www.mymealtime.com, but you anticipate that they MAY qualify for free meals for the 2023-2024 school year, do not pay the Registration Fee at this time. (You must pay the $10.00 Activity Fee and the Digital Learning Fee ($35.00 Grades K-8) as well as any required Hille PE items and Hille Band and/or Chorus Class fees.)
 
Families who pay do not pay the Registration Fee at registration based in anticipation of qualifying for BENEFITS LISTED ABOVE will be notified by mail in August or September if this fee has been waived.  Families who do not qualify, will be billed for all Registration Fees due.
 
All fees are due in full.  If you cannot pay fees in full at this time and your family does not (or cannot) qualify for free meals or a fee waiver you MUST pay, at a minimum, each student’s $10.00 Activity Fee, the Digital Learning Fee ($35.00 for Grades K-8) as well as any required Hille PE items and Hille Band and/or Chorus Class fees NOW, with a promise to pay the Registration Fee balance in monthly installments. The final balance is due no later than January 31, 2024.

  • Make Credit/Debit card payments online through our RevTrak Store.  No transaction fees are applied.
  • Provide credit card information.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards
