Returning Student Registration
RETURNING STUDENTS FOR 2010/2011 –
Returning students who will attend a different building for the next school year (2010/2011) must complete a new registration packet and provide updated proof of residency documents.
Who must re-register?
1. Current Kindergarten students attending First Grade at Kerkstra or Foster schools next year.
2. Current Kerkstra or Foster Grade 5 students attending 6th Grade at Hille School next year.
3. Current students who attend a private placement facility.
4. Current students placed in a Southwest Cook County Cooperative Special Education Program.
STEP 1
Returning student packets were sent out in early May, 2010. Please read your packet closely. Beginning June 1st, completed forms, fee payment worksheet, and payment may be returned (drop off or mail) to HILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL by June 25, 2010.
Hille Middle School is located at 5800 W. 151st Street, Oak Forest. Office hours are from 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday through June 25th.
Special hours will be held Wednesday, June 23rd from 7:30am - 8:00pm.
Please contact your school office if you do not receive a packet for your child by May 30th.
ALL SCHOOL OFFICES ARE CLOSED DURING THE MONTH OF JULY. For additional forms or information, please contact your school office prior to June 25th or after August 2nd.
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DISTRICT OFFICE.
Students who have not completed their registration for 2010/2011, may register at Hille Middle School on Wednesday or Thursday, August 4th or 5th, between the hours of 7:30am and 8:00pm. After August 5th, parents must call Hille School at 708-687-5550 to make an appointment. All school offices are closed during the month of July.
STEP 2
Parents must pick up their child(ren)’s room and bus assignments, class schedules, payment receipts and Parent/Discipline Handbook on THURSDAY, AUGUST 12TH AT HILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:00PM-8:00PM. Health records may be turned in at this time if you haven't already done so.
PLEASE NOTE:
No registration documents or payments will be accepted at Packet Pick-up night!
All documents and payments must be received no later than August 5th in order to have your child's packet ready for pick up night.
PTA representatives, volunteer sign-up tables, Middle School yearbook sales, and Market Day information will be available on August 12th.
