Please note that at other times during the school year you may be asked for additional funds to cover the cost of field trips or other activities for a particular grade level or class.

 

Payment Instructions 

If your student is currently receiving FREE LUNCH at school, and you anticipate that they will also qualify for free meals for the 2018/2019 school year, do not pay the Registration Fee at this time.  (You must pay the $10.00 Activity Fee and the Digital Learning Fee ($25.00 Grades 1-4 or $50.00 for Grades 5-8) as well as any required Hille PE items and Hille Band and/or Chorus Class fees.)

If your student is NOT currently receiving FREE LUNCH at school, but you anticipate that they MAY qualify for free meals for the 2018/2019 school year, do not pay the Registration Fee at this time. (You must pay the $10.00 Activity Fee and the Digital Learning Fee ($25.00 Grades 1-4 or $50.00 for Grades 5-8) as well as any required Hille PE items and Hille Band and/or Chorus Class fees.)
Families who pay do not pay the Registration Fee at registration based in anticipation of qualifying for FREE LUNCH will be notified by mail in August or September if this fee has been waivedFamilies who do not qualify, will be billed for all Registration Fees due.
 
All Fees are due in full.  If you cannot pay fees in full at this time and your family does not (or cannot) qualify for free meals or a fee waiver you must pay, at a minimum, each student’s $10.00 Activity Fee, the Digital Learning Fee ($25.00 for Grades 1-4 or $50.00 for Grades 5-8) as well as any required Hille PE items and Hille Band and/or Chorus Class fees NOW, with a promise to pay the Registration Fee balance in monthly installments. The final balance is due no later than March 15, 2019
 

If applicable to your student, the $10.00 Hille Robert Crown Fee must also be paid in full at the time of registration.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards, as well as cash and personal checks ($25.00 NSF charge will apply for each returned check)

 

Credit Card/Debit Card Payments
2 Options:

  • Make Credit/Debit card payments online through our RevTrak Store (www.d142.org - click on the “Online Payments” button).  No transaction fees are applied.
  • Provide credit card information.

Download and complete a Fee Payment Worksheet. Be sure to list ALL students.  Enter the full fee amount only for each of the items you are required to pay. Forms may be returned in person or by mail to:    Financial Registrar, Forest Ridge School District 142, 15000 Laramie Avenue, Oak Forest, IL 60452.

Cash or Check Payments

  • Download and complete a Fee Payment Worksheet. Be sure to list ALL students.  
  • Enter the full fee amount for each of the items you are required to pay.
  • Check your Payment Method and enter the total amount of your payment.
  • Print your name, sign and date the worksheet

Cash payments must be made in person at the District Office. (Never mail cash!)
Check payments (payable to Forest Ridge School District 142)  may be made in person or by mail to:    Financial Registrar, Forest Ridge School District 142, 15000 Laramie Avenue, Oak Forest, IL 60452.  (A $25.00 fee is charged for each returned check.)
